The content and how it was delivered was really well put together.  I see this as one of the most valuable training courses I have been through.

Course knowledge was given in an engaging and interactive manner, with plenty of examples drawn from real-life scenarios.  Participants were encouraged to draw parallels between examples provided in the course and experiences in their own workplace.
